  Mission Statement
NOSA was organized in 1994 to promote Sprint Car Racing in the upper Midwest. It was established to assist in providing it’s members and participants, an arena for racing events which include adequate facilities, protection for spectators and participants, fair and equitable rules of competition and adequate purses. It also is a medium to provide interested fans, promoters and other parties a way in which they can participate financially and otherwise in the perpetuation of Sprint Car Racing.

Who is NOSA
NOSA is composed of a wide variety of individuals. Members include not only the Drivers and Car Owners, but also Crewmembers, Fans, Sponsors and Track Promoters. They come from many parts of North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Manitoba, Canada. As a continually growing organization, we strive to keep a very close relationship with all parties involved with racing. Any and all interested individuals are encouraged to join to help promote Sprint Car Racing.

The balance of the races are held at the River Cities Speedway on most Fridays from May to September. Additionally, each year a number of Tour races are held at area tracks like Minot and Doyon, ND and Greenbush and Ada, MN. The club is looking forward to again participating in the annual IRA - NOSA - Knoxville Challenge race at the Cedar Lake Speedway in Wisconsin. The event will be held in early September.
