What better way to kick things off than with NOSA's founder, Wayne Anderson, and his familiar Budweiser #9 sprinter with Watertown, South Dakota's Chuck Swenson behind the wheel. This photo was taken at Red River Valley Speedway in April of 1996 while Swenson was competing with the Wissota Championship 360 Sprints on this particular Friday evening at the West Fargo half-mile.
