MANDAN, N.D. (July 26, 2019) - The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints make their highly anticipated return to Dacotah Speedway this Friday and Saturday for the Governor’s Cup.
MANDAN, N.D. (July 26, 2019) - The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints make their highly anticipated return to Dacotah Speedway this Friday and Saturday for the Governor’s Cup.
Nick Omdahl enters the doubleheader weekend as the series points leader with a slim three point lead over Jade Hastings. Jordan Adams sits third in the standings.
This weekend's visit to the high-banked three-eighths mile will mark the fourth and fifth-ever appearances by the NOSA Sprints. In the series inaugural visit on July 30, 2011, Lou Kennedy Jr. picked up one of his 51 career NOSA wins.
Mark Dobmeier and Wade Nygaard both visited victory lane in last year’s event. Austin Pierce is the series’ most recent winner coming into this weekend. Pierce has won the last three events at River Cities Speedway.
Both Buffalo Wild Wings feature events at Dacotah Speedway this weekend are $2,082-to-win and $300-to-start.
