Buffalo River Speedway has hosted 10 NOSA events over the past nine seasons with Dave Glennon being the series’ inaugural winner in 2013.
Wade Nygaard leads all drivers with four career NOSA wins at the speedway. Austin Pierce has a pair of wins which came in 2015 and 2016.
During the most recent event on Sept. 1, 2019, former series champion Nick Omdahl broke the Buffalo River Speedway track record during heat race action. Omdahl set a lap of 11.685 seconds, averaging 77.022mph. The previous track record was set by Austin Pierce on Sept. 6, 2015 with a lap of 11.987 seconds.
Racing will begin at 6:00pm on August 8th.
