Mark Dobmeier, driver of the Buffalo Wild Wings No. 13, heads into the evening as the point lead of the four-race mini-series by 18 markers over Jack Croaker and his Hugo's Family Marketplace Eight-ball entry.
Brendan Mullen won the inaugural Anderson Cup title in the Native Nations Cannabis No. 11M with Austin Pierce winning last season's series in the Opp Construction No. 2A.
Season points standings leader Jade Hastings, driver of the Ault Construction No. 8H, heads into Friday combining with Dobmeier as winners of the last seven series races. Hasting's second win in that stretch came two weeks ago during the Blazin' Challenge at River Cities.
Dobmeier and Hastings have also combined to win 11 of the last 13 series races. Dobmeier leads the series with nine victories in 2023, but a win in the final two races of the season would make Dobmeier a ten-time feature winner in a NOSA season for the eighth time in his career.
Hastings holds a 42-point lead over Dobmeier in the NOSA season long standings with Brendan Mullen third, Nick Omdahl fourth with the CMS No. 0 and Blake Egeland fifth with the RZSEnterprises No. 26.
Zach Omdahl is seventh with the Minn-Kota Power Co-op No. 17 with Jack Croaker eighth, and Tom Egeland eighth as the driver of the Egeland Racing Engines No. 14. Rookie leader Adam Sobolik sits ninth with the Evil Iron Classics No. 52 while Jordan Graham completes the top ten with the Advanced Tile & Stone No. 99.
Racing begins at seven on Friday night.
