Dobmeier picks up NOSA win #125 at River Cities Speedway.
GRAND FORKS, ND (June 5) - Another outstanding field of 32 NOSA Sprint Cars were signed in to take on the Bullring Friday night. The top 24 made the A-main, which was highlighted by yet another Dobmeier/Zomer battle, albeit a brief one.
"You pretty much have to start the race wide open to win races around here," said Dobmeier in RydellCars.com Victory Lane. "All of these guys out here are gaining speed, which is great. The level of NOSA competition is getting higher."
"I had a good run into turn one and hit a rut with so much speed that it almost turned me over," said Zomer of his incident. "I was just happy I was able to keep it on all fours and just slide over the track. It was a bad deal because it was for the lead and it was early in the race, but Mark is so good here and I saw an opportunity to pass him and tried to take advantage of it."
